Alcohol.ie was developed to provide information on all aspects of Responsible Serving Practices.
Our aim is to ensure a nationwide standard of training for licence holders and staff involved in the alcohol service industry.

Our objective is to deliver the very best training, in the most professional manner, using the latest in international training techniques, allowing everyone involved in the service and sale of alcohol in Ireland to receive the training they require as a professional service or by law.

The training systems used by the alcohol.ie are interactive and involve the continual participation of the learners. Knowledge and skills are acquired through a mixture of scenarios and role play, which are based on the real life experiences of some of the most experienced bar owners and managers in the country as well as experts in licensing law. These techniques ensure that trainees acquire the knowledge and skills required to deal with situations, become aware of most recent legislation and gain confidence in an effort to maintain best business practice and minimise legal problems.

As well as delivery of the RSA, SmartServe and DAP workshops, alcohol.ie is committed to developing training for licence holders in the areas of Marketing, Security and Health and Safety.
